Return Terms
To qualify for a return—whether it’s clothing, shoes, bags, watches, or accessories—the item must be in the exact condition in which it was received.
Returned items must be:

- In original packaging
- With all original tags (if applicable)

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

As zegna.to provides real product photos, detailed descriptions, and clear presentation of every item before purchase, we do not accept returns for reasons other than those listed above.

If the item arrives in good condition and performs as described, refund requests will not be approved.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result.

- If an exchange is approved and a replacement item is sent, zegna.to will cover the shipping cost of the replacement
